These terms apply when you use this website (smile.bespokedentallounge.co.uk) to enquire about or book an Invisalign consultation with Bespoke Dental Lounge Ltd.

By booking a consultation through this site, you agree to these terms.

About this site

This site lets you enquire about and book an Invisalign consultation at our practice in Dorking.

The information on it is general and is not dental or medical advice. Using this site does not create a patient relationship. Whether Invisalign is suitable for you is a clinical decision made by the dentist at your consultation, after they have examined your teeth.

Who can book

Consultations booked through this site are for people aged 18 or over.

Your consultation

When you book, you reserve a consultation slot with one of our dentists. Consultations last around 30 minutes and take place at 95-97 South Street, Dorking, RH4 2JU.

At your consultation the dentist will discuss what's bothering you, examine your teeth, gums and bite, and take a digital scan and photographs. You'll leave with a treatment plan and a price.

The deposit

A £40 deposit secures your consultation.

• It is fully refunded when you attend, or if you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, the deposit is retained

If we cancel or move your appointment, for example because of illness or an emergency at the practice, your deposit is carried over to your new appointment.

Payment

The deposit is taken securely through our payment provider at the time of booking. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Pricing and treatment

Any treatment is separate from the consultation and is not booked or paid for through this site.

Treatment pricing is assessed case by case and confirmed by the dentist at your consultation. Any figures shown on this site or in our advertising are a general guide only and are not a quote for your specific case.

Your information

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw this site, or these terms, at any time. The version published here at the time you book is the version that applies to your booking.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, this website is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses arising from matters outside our reasonable control, or from your reliance on general information published here rather than on clinical advice given to you directly.

Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
