We provide clear aligner treatment using Invisalign exclusively. Our iTero Lumina scanner is Invisalign's latest generation, giving fast, highly accurate 3D impressions with no need for traditional moulds. Treatment is available for patients aged 18 and over, and we assess every case individually.

What happens at an Invisalign consultation?
Your Invisalign consultation is a relaxed, 30-minute appointment with Dr Akhil or Dr Keerut. We'll talk through what you would like to change about your smile, examine your teeth, bite and oral health, and take a digital 3D scan using our iTero Lumina scanner. We may also take photographs. At the end, we explain whether Invisalign is suitable for you, outline a proposed treatment plan and estimated timeline, and go through fees so you have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Is there a charge to book a consultation?
We ask for a £40 deposit to secure your Invisalign consultation. It is fully refunded when you attend, or if you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, the deposit is retained. The deposit helps us reserve enough time with the dentist and keep these appointments available for patients who are ready to explore treatment seriously.
How long does Invisalign treatment usually take?
The length of Invisalign treatment varies from person to person. Many adult cases are typically completed in around 6 to 12 months, although simpler or more complex cases may fall outside this range. At your consultation we will assess your teeth, discuss what you would like to achieve, and give you a more specific estimate based on your individual case.
Is Invisalign treatment painful?
Most people find Invisalign aligners comfortable to wear day-to-day. You may notice some pressure or mild discomfort, particularly when you change to a new set of aligners, as your teeth begin to move. This usually settles within a few days. Dr Akhil or Dr Keerut will explain what to expect and how to make the adjustment period as smooth as possible at your consultation.
Who is Invisalign suitable for?
Invisalign can be suitable for many adults with crowded, crooked or spaced teeth, but it is not right for every situation. At Bespoke Dental Lounge we offer Invisalign to patients aged 18 and over, following a full assessment of your teeth, bite and oral health. During your consultation we will advise whether Invisalign is appropriate for you, or if another approach may be more suitable, and discuss all of your options before you decide how to proceed.
